摘要：A DNA (pMCPcDNA) encoding a porcine complement inhibitor, the porcinecomplement inhibitor expressed therefrom and a method for screening the complementinhibitor. The pMCPcDNA can be obtained by preparing a cDNA library from porcinevascular endothelial cells and screening the cDNA encoding the porcine complementinhibitor. By using the pMCPcDNA, the porcine complement inhibitor can be producedwith the use of gene recombination techniques. The pMCPcDNA is also useful in theanalysis of the promoter region of the porcine complement inhibitor.
